PhD Information Night

We would like to announce that we are hosting an information night for anybody who is considering doing a PhD or just wants to know a little more about what a PhD involves.

We are going to have some short talks from staff, people who have completed their PhD, and some of our current PhD students to provide information about PhD life, PhD applications, and more.

Welcome Night

For our first event of the year we are helping to organise a welcome night for the new PhD students and staff on Wednesday 14th November.

It will be held in the maths department staff common room and will start at 4.30pm straight after the departmental colloquium. Food and drink will be provided.
